Blonde synthetic wig with wire mesh hair net on the ends.  Heart-shaped imitation pearl earrings.  Red painted finger nails and toenails.  Wearing a tagged Vogue red and white cotton striped dress trimmed with black ribbon and white braid.  Also wearing a tagged Vogue white tulle petticoat trimmed with white lace and a pink and green ribbon flower.  Vintage white knit underpants, nylon stockings, and black vinyl high heel wedge shoe.  Stand is not included.
